Membership Dues:

$40/month for each small property (0 – 2 bedroom property & room rentals)
$70/month for each 3+ bedroom property
$100/month for each estate property (5+ bedrooms on >1 acre)
Owners/Operators with 6 or more properties receive a 15% discount on the above dues
